Located in the heart of Oakwood, Kava Coffee Bar is built around comfort, community, and great coffee. Our rustic interior creates a warm, inviting space filled with comfortable seating — perfect for meetings, or friendly catch-ups. We take pride in serving quality coffee, in an environment that feels like home. And with free parking available, stopping by is always simple and stress-free.
Events Are Hosted on a Friday & Saturday Evenings. Doors Open 6.30pm. Ticket only
Pre-Order on meat, cheese & combo slates available. Challenge 25 is in place on our premises.
June
- 5th June- Gin night, £32.00 per person, icludes 5 flavoured gins (can swap out for vodka) and a mezze buffet.
- 7th June- Cosing at 12:30 for private hire sorry for any inconvenience.
- 8th June- Closed 9-11am for staff training, sorry for any inconvenience.
- 12th June- World cup party, £10.00 per person includes a welcome drink. Live DJ playing all the world cup classics, face painting and the chance to go on the sweep stake, £5 a go.
- 14th June- Closed from 12:30 for private hire, sorry for any inconvenience.
- 20th June- Motown night, £10.00 per person includes a welcome drink. Live `DJ.
July
- 5th July- Paint flowers workshop. organised by Boheme florists
- 10th July- Elliott Hollins live music, open to the general public for the first time in a long time. free entry, please phone to reserve a table and please pre order any food you may be wanting on the night.
- 19th July- Flower arranging, please book thrrough Boheme florists.
- 26th July- closed at 12:30 for private hire.
Aug
- 2nd Aug- closed at 1pm for private hire.
- 15th Aug- Ibiza white night, £10.00 per person includes a welcome drink, Elliott Hollins will be playing all the classics from Ibiza live.
- 16th Aug- Rum and reggae 2- 6pm. kava will be closed to the general public. We have Elba playing all the classic reggae music we all love and know. We also have smalls kitchen providing some delicious caribbean food outside in the car park. This is one not to be missed.
- 19th Aug- Medium night. £28.00 per person includes a light buffet, a night of Gary Peters connecting you to loves ones who are no longer with us. These events sell out fast so get booked in to avoid dissapointment.
- 29th Aug- Closed from 12:30 for priovate hire. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We can cater from 20ppl - 60ppl for special birthdays, baby showers and gender reveals with afernoon tea from £17.50pp, or cater for yourself for a £50 cover charge. You could even choose to tuck into our mixed meat & cheese grazing mezze from £11.50pp.
We have welcome drinks on offer such as a glass of prosecco or small beer at a cost of £4.00pp when ordering in advance, plus happy hour on cocktails, not forgetting our delicous coffee selections, plus milkshakes and hot choloacte choices.
Create your own playlist and hook up to our sound sytem complimentary or we can organise a local DJ for £200 (subject to availability).
Musicians are also able upon request from £180.00. To secure your booking all we ask for is £150.00 room hire charge which is non-refundable.
Vegan, gluten free intollorances can be catered for upon request.
